1) Principle
We stand behind the clarity and utility of our Audit. If you believe the delivered Audit does not provide a concrete, prioritized action plan to resolve offer misalignment, you may invoke the Satisfaction Guarantee under the conditions below.
2) Eligibility Requirements
All conditions must be met:
a) You submitted the required inputs (call recordings/interviews and requested assets) within 7 days of purchase.
b) We delivered the written Audit report.
c) You attended the 30-minute implementation call or watched the full replay.
d) You request the guarantee within 7 days of Audit delivery (the date the report is sent).
e) You complete a short feedback form and allow one rework.
3) One-Time Rework Then Refund
a) Upon a valid request, we first perform one rework within 5 business days to address gaps you identify.
b) If after the rework you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund of $497 to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4) Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:
Change of mind, budget constraints, or buyer’s remorse.
Failure to supply inputs, approvals, or reasonable cooperation.
Scope creep or requests beyond the defined Audit deliverables.
Third-party platform outages or issues beyond our control.
Results-based claims (e.g., “no revenue increase”) – the guarantee covers clarity and actionability of the Audit, not business outcomes.
5) Process
Email [email protected] with subject “Satisfaction Guarantee – Refund Request” and include: order email, purchase date, delivery date, and your specific concerns. We will confirm eligibility, schedule the rework if applicable, and complete refund processing if still unsatisfied after rework.
6) Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first using this process breaches our Terms. We provide documentation to the processor to contest unfounded chargebacks.
7) Non-Transferable; One Per Customer
The guarantee is limited to one Audit refund per legal entity or individual within any 12-month period.
8) Governing Terms
This Policy incorporates the Terms of Service and is governed by the same law and venue. Where conflicts exist, the stricter consumer-protection rule applicable to you will apply.
9) Changes
We may update this Policy prospectively. The version in effect at purchase applies to your order.
