Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 24, 2025

1. Principle
The Workshop must deliver clear, practical instruction on offer construction, sales infrastructure, and recurring-revenue strategy. If you believe it fails to provide meaningful clarity or actionable guidance, you may invoke the guarantee under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility Requirements
All conditions must be met:
You purchased the Workshop.
You attended all three days live or watched all replays in full.
You completed the provided homework.
You submit a refund request within 7 days after Day 3.

3. Refund
Upon valid request, provider issues a full refund of $97 to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Exclusions
No refunds for failure to attend live.
No refunds for inability to join due to technical issues on your side.
No refunds for schedule conflicts, change of mind, or budget constraints.
No refunds tied to revenue or business-result expectations.

5. Process
Email [email protected] with subject “Workshop Refund Request.” Include: order email, purchase date, and confirmation of attendance or replay completion.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without following this process violates the Terms. Provider will supply documentation to dispute unfounded chargebacks.

7. One Per Customer
One Workshop refund per individual or entity within any 12-month period.

8. Governing Terms
This Policy follows the same governing law and venue as the Terms of Service. The stricter consumer-protection rule applies in case of conflict.

9. Changes
Policy updates apply prospectively. The policy active at purchase governs your order.
